A Director of Development leads an organization’s fundraising strategies, donor cultivation, and revenue generation to support its mission. They are responsible for creating annual development plans, managing major gifts, grants, and special events, while leading a team and reporting to the Executive Director or Board.
This is a new position. This role will use a CRM\Donor Management system called Bloomerang to manage The FreeStore’s donors. Bloomerang offers extensive training.
