Most agencies pay a small fee which we ask is paid at time of the client’s appointment. Work with your scheduler prior to the appointment if you have questions about fees. Do not bring a check to the warehouse. We will prepare an invoice for all clients served by your agency over the course of a month. Please write our invoice number(s) and the client’s name(s) on the check. Make your payment within 30 days of receiving the invoice.

Some domestic violence agencies, referrals from Des Moines area schools, Women at the Well, and Veteran’s organizations do not pay fees.
