Hello – I submitted an application got a response from Barb saying that we would need to move our donations to the first floor, we communicated we would be able to do that. Then on 9/6/26, got a message from Victoria stating our application for donation was rejected, discussed with Victoria and got confirmation that the application was accepted, I would just need to resubmit because of system issues/information not attaching. We are donating a couch (loveseat), desk, desk chair, ottoman (with storage), a chair, and a three tiered lamp (pictures of all items attached). We live in an apartment complext (on the third floor) BUT we will be able to move our belongings by ourselves the day before so the volunteers can easily carry the items to the car/truck for pickup. My boyfriend and I will move the items to the first floor on the complex, which will ensure that no one needs to go up/down the apartment floors.
We were hoping if able we could set up for a Monday pick up. I understand that you don’t set up times, but with us needing to move the items and let you into our complex (passcode on door upon entry), a Monday would work best (9 am to 12 pm). We are flexible, but that would help us out a ton!!!
